APAP recommends making payments via credit card. There is a check fee of $25 and a purchase order/wire transfer fee of $50.

Registration Types

Full Registration

Includes access to all conference sessions, opening reception, EXPO Hall, showcases, and awards luncheon. Professional Development Institute (PDI) not included. Can purchase a booth or showcase listing.

One-Day Registration

Includes access to one day of conference sessions, EXPO Hall, and showcases. Cannot purchase a booth or showcase listing. PDI not included. Awards luncheon ticket can be purchased separately if registered for Monday.

Student

For full-time students enrolled at accredited colleges and universities only. Includes access to all conference sessions, opening reception, EXPO Hall, and showcases. PDI not included. Cannot purchase a booth or showcase listing. Awards luncheon ticket can be purchased separately.

Board Track

For non-staff board members of APAP member organizations only. Includes access to all conference sessions, opening reception, EXPO Hall, showcases, and awards luncheon. PDI not included. Cannot purchase a booth or showcase listing.

5th Delegate

Organizations that have registered four individuals at the full conference rate for APAP|NYC receive a discount on additional registrations. To register an individual at the 5th delegate rate, you must first register four individuals from your organization. When you are ready to add a 5th or beyond, email info@eventproducers.events for instructions.

Spouse/Partner (Non-Industry)

Only for those NOT affiliated with an organization or business in the performing arts field. Includes access to all conference sessions, EXPO Hall and showcases. Cannot purchase a booth or showcase listing. PDI not included. Awards luncheon ticket can be purchased separately.

Spouses/Partners receive a conference badge that does NOT contain a company name. These badges must be picked up by the primary registrant.

If an attendee uses this badge type for anyone found to be affiliated with an organization or business in the touring or presenting field, APAP reserves the right to cancel the registration.
