New Colleagues Orientation
Friday, January 4, 3-4:30 p.m.
APAP welcomes all of our new colleagues who are attending APAP|NYC for the first time. All first-time attendees are invited and encouraged to attend the New Colleagues Orientation. Learn how to make the most of your time in NYC, whether you are a professional in the performing arts field who has never attended the conference before or someone who simply wants a refresher course.
APAP|NYC 2019 Opening Reception
Friday, January 4, 6:30-8 p.m.
Immediately following the opening keynote, APAP welcomes all colleagues to the opening reception. Join friends and colleagues, old and new, from near and far, as we toast the first conference under our new name and the coming year devoted to imagining and pursuing the transformative power of the performing arts. Wine and hors d'oeuvres are provided.
APAP Member Meeting
Monday, January 7, 11-11:45 a.m.
As a membership organization, APAP thrives on your active participation. President and CEO Mario Garcia Durham and the APAP board welcome all members as we share the latest updates on the state of the organization and invite your input, thoughts and suggestions about the Association. Here you will vote on member issues and participate in important discussions about the future of our organization. The meeting agenda will be posted here as soon as it is available.
Annual Awards Ceremony and Luncheon
Monday, January 7, noon-1:45 p.m.
This special event honors achievement, service, excellence and advocacy in the performing arts field. Tickets are required and must be purchased in advance when you register or at the APAP|NYC registration desk at the conference.
