New round of funding available for APAP's Building Bridges program
12.21.15 APAP is pleased to announce grants funding for the Building Bridges: Arts, Culture and Identity program. APAP will award up to six individual organizations or consortia applicants with up to two-year project grants ranging from $100,000-$200,000 each. 12.15.15 Help shape the future of APAP. For the coming year, APAP is putting forth two items on which your vote is needed: The 2016 slate of board leaders up for renewal and the 2015 APAP Annual Membership Meeting minutes. Each organizational member is entitled to ONE vote (usually cast by the Primary Contact person). Review the two items up for vote and make sure your organization’s voice is heard by casting your vote here. The deadline is Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016.

Ken Fischer wins National Medal of Arts
9.22.15 On September 10, Ken Fischer, winner of APAP's Fan Taylor Award and former APAP board member, accepted the National Medal of Arts on behalf of the University Musical Society, where he has served as president since 1987.
